Tigne Point is located in Sliema, in one of Malta’s most upscale areas, on a 30-acre coastal peninsula. Its location means that the views are spectacular. Just across the water lies Valletta, Malta’s capital city, which is surrounded by bastions and houses a multitude of Baroque architecture. Tigne Point is a project that offers a variety of options. It comprises of around 400 residential units, leisure facilities, restaurants, boutiques and an open piazza. Just off this piazza is The Point, Malta’s largest mall, hosting over 50 brands, including Debenhams, New Look, Nike and Aldo, and a large supermarket. The ultramodern business centre that is situated at the north side of Piazza Tigne is undergoing construction at the moment.
