    FIMbank is a licensed institution and is registered under the laws of Malta. It acquired control of LFC in 2003. It includes FIMbank p.l.c., FILM Property Investment, FIM Business Solutions and London Forfaiting Company. The Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) oversees the FIMbank Group on a consolidated basis.

    FIMbank’s main role is to act as a mediator to other financial companies for international settlements, loan syndications and forfeiting, and to provide short-term international finance to corporate traders.
